Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days if in inventory. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Shipping options are available at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unused merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached.
Are any items final sale?
Yes. Sale items, limited-edition drops, custom products, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I start a return?
Please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide return instructions.
Do you offer exchanges?
If you'd like a different size or item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Product Care
How should I wash my Smoke Show apparel?
To keep your apparel looking its best:
- Turn garments inside out before washing.
- Hand washing is ideal. Machine wash cold with like colors. Delicate
- Use mild detergent.
- Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.
- Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results.
How do I care for graphic prints?
Our designs are hand-created and printed with care. To preserve the artwork:
- Wash inside out.
- Avoid high heat when washing or drying.
- Do not iron directly on printed designs.
- Hang drying is recommended whenever possible.
Will my garment shrink?
Most items are pre-shrunk, but slight shrinkage may occur if exposed to high heat. Following the care instructions above will help maintain the original fit.

Where are your designs created?
Every Smoke Show print is hand-designed by our team. We work closely with founder Lucia and her mother, who brings over 40 years of apparel industry experience, to create pieces that are unique, intentional, and built to last.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some favorites may return, but many of our collections are produced in limited quantities. Follow us on social media or sign up for our email list to be the first to know about restocks and new releases.
